William Wolfenden
FOUNDER & SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Will is an Occupational Therapist who brings his zest for life and over 10 years experience working in mental health helping others find their flow in life! He uses creative ways to help people discover their own unique strengths to empower them to increase their capacity, develop their skills and achieve their goals. He aims for them to grow, find meaning and purpose in life and overcome any challenges.
Will is a cis gay male who enjoys surfing or being near any body of water, dancing, cycling and connecting with others. He draws on his own lived experience and knows first-hand how mental illness and psychosocial disability can impact people’s lives and their loved ones. He has worked across a variety of settings including in-patient and community mental health teams in Sydney and Newcastle, casually teaches at ACU and opened Life Flow OT in 2023. These years of training and experience have provided him with a breadth of skills and knowledge across all psychosocial disabilities and beyond.

David
SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
David has spent 12 years specialising as a trauma informed Occupational Therapist within sensory, physical, emotional and social development. David's therapeutic journey in Europe, New Zealand and Australia has enabled the embodiment of a deep and rich understanding of diversity, culture, community and relationships.
David’s approach centres on growing individuals through somatic and cognitive resourcing. David places focus on cultivating steady incremental growth in the self through consistency in relationships and connection with the environment. Intervention deliver focus on psychosocial and psychosensory education adopting our environments, namely nature and the outdoors as a therapeutic tool for health and wellness.
David finds his flow in nature, surfing and in his meditation and yoga practice

Vivien
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Vivien is an occupational therapist with experience working within the NDIS and the public mental health system, supporting adults to achieve meaningful and person-centred outcomes. Her background includes delivering interventions in the community and hospital-based settings, which has strengthened her ability to assess needs, write reports, develop practical strategies, and support individuals through complex challenges.
She is passionate about using a strengths-based approach and taking the time to genuinely get to know each person she works with. She believes in building collaborative relationships grounded in compassion, respect, and understanding, ensuring that participants feel heard and supported throughout their journey.
Her practice focuses on working alongside adults to identify and achieve goals that are meaningful to them. She is committed to empowering individuals to build independence, enhance their wellbeing, and engage in activities that bring purpose and value to their everyday lives. Weijin Vun
ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT
Weijin is an empathetic and dedicated Occupational Therapy student with a passion for mental health and recovery-oriented care. She’s excited to be part of the Life Flow team as an Allied Health Assistant while finishing her studies. With training and experience as a crisis supporter, she is able to bring a calm and thoughtful approach.
She enjoys working alongside people of all ages to support confidence and meaningful growth with the everyday things that are important to them. This can range from practising daily skills to connecting with nature. To support mental health recovery and wellbeing, she focuses on where you find meaning in life.
Outside of work, Weijin enjoys squash, pickleball, swimming and travelling.

Ruby Nelson
ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT
Ruby enjoys supporting people to build confidence and develop practical skills for everyday life. She takes a gentle, person-centred approach, working alongside each individual at a pace that feels right for them.
She focuses on creating a calm and supportive environment where people feel comfortable, heard, and capable of making meaningful progress.
Outside of work, Ruby enjoys ocean swimming, spending time outdoors, getting creative with arts and crafts, and exploring local cafes around Sydney. Ruby is known for her thoughtful and easygoing nature, bringing a steady, positive presence to every interaction.

Sabena Supap
ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT
Sabena has a passion for supporting people to live meaningful, balanced lives. She enjoys helping clients build practical skills, confidence, and independence in their day-to-day routines.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Sabena in the kitchen trying out new recipes, out on a run, or cycling around exploring new spots and cafes. She’s a big believer in the connection between physical health, routine, and mental wellbeing.
Alongside her role as an AHA, Sabena also works as a relationship coach, bringing a strong interest in communication, connection, and personal growth into everything she does when working with you. Her warm, down-to-earth approach helps people feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to make positive changes.

Eliza Sorrensen
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Eliza provides Administration services for Life Flow Occupational Therapy. She comes from a healthcare background, and recently made a career change to support the administrative side of healthcare. Having a background in health, she has always enjoyed helping people of all ages improve their health and wellbeing.
She grew up in coastal NSW and has a love of the ocean. Nothing resets and refreshes Eliza’s mind like a swim in the ocean. She also has a young family who she enjoys spending free time with, often gardening, walking and baking.
