Mental Health & Functional Capacity Assessments
We conduct comprehensive mental health and functional capacity assessments to understand how your mental health affects your daily life. We explore your functioning, your strengths, your needs and your independence. These assessments are tailored to individual goals and can work with NDIS applications, care planning and identifying supports for participation in everyday life.

A Functional Capacity Access Request Report written to support your access application to the NDIS. This report provides an overview of your functioning and support needs, and is used to help determine whether you meet the NDIS access criteria.

Our occupational therapists complete Home & Living Assessments to make tailored recommendations for living supports for individuals. These assessments provide recommendations for NDIS funding reviews, supported accommodation, home modifications, or other services to assist your independent living.

Minor Assistive Technology Assessment & Prescription
We provide assessment and prescription for minor assistive technology (AT) to support your independence and participation in daily life. We assess your individual needs, recommend appropriate technology, and provide a prescription for NDIS-funded equipment where applicable.
Our experienced therapists assess your needs individually, recommend evidence-based products, and provide guidance on how to use them so you can get the most out of your equipment. We can support NDIS funding applications where AT is required however do not do complex AT e.g wheelchairs, hoists, commodes etc. Please get in touch if you would like to enquire.

Telehealth Services
We offer services via Telehealth across Gadigal (Sydney), including rural, regional and remote areas across NSW. This may include working with you via video call, telephone and in other areas at Life Flow's discretion.
Life Flow's Occupational Therapy services aim to offer the same exceptional and person-centred, evidence-based therapy without having to travel long distances. We do our best to make our support as accessible as possible, wherever you are.

Clinical Supervision
We provide clinical supervision across the Mental Health Occupational Therapy space to clinicians or organisations in need of professional supervision and reflective practice. This is to ensure clinicians feel supported and clients receive effective and high quality care.
Supervision is approached by individual clinician or teams, with a focus on building confidence, maintaining best practice and respectfully engaging professionals across both a rural and metro mental health setting.
